The Obama administration is trying to tout their $17 billion budget cut as a huge amount of money cut from their $3.4 trillion budget for the next fiscal year.
I went ahead and made a pie chart to give us an idea (above).
Wow.
The cut amounts to one half of one percent.
Pssssst..... Hey, Obama! We're not in the black just yet!
